As a small, family-owned business, this policy allows us to guarantee that every product arriving at your door is brand new, untampered with, and of the premium quality your cat deserves.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Your experience should be nothing less than delightful. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, or if there has been a mistake with your delivery, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Simply send a note and a photo of the issue to the contact us page, and your concerns will be handled with the care and urgency you deserve.

Cancellations To get your cat’s favorites to you as quickly as possible, processing begins shortly after an order is placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our heartfelt best to accommodate your request, once an order has been prepared for shipping, we are unable to make further changes.
